Beautiful landscape. I wanted to buy the National Geographic Book of Photographs but never got around to it.

Liz-Not much chance of that in Australia, lol.

Barbara-It's called The Wave, and here's the blurb from the photographer's site:

The Wave is located in a remote section of Northern Arizona called Coyote Buttes, located in the Paria Canyon-Vermillion Cliffs Wilderness area straddling the Utah-Arizona border. The wilderness area is about 35 minutes west of Page, Arizona and the Coyote Buttes North Unit, where the Wave is located, is accessible by permit only from the Bureau of Land Management.

You should look at his page; he has a bunch more amazing photos from there, too.

I took the beach picture (No.11) on Oahu. It was taken at a state park during September. The island is called 'china-man's hat'. While Oahu is not the most picturesque of the islands, it has several locations along the beach and inland that are spectacular.

PhotoEscape.com has only a few images currently, but will feature many more in the future.

Fuji-Thank you for visiting!! I LOVE that picture of Chinaman's Hat..I found it through google, trying to find pics that epitomized warm tropics, lol. I wish I had seen the rest of your site before, though..I had been SEARCHING for a decent pic of the red rocks of Sedona, and you have them!
