Papercuts pt. 3

I am always so amazed what people can do with paper. I've talked about it before, but I am still wow'd, so I'm going to do it again. :p

Su Blackwell...I love that dress at the bottom...wish it were possible to actually wear something like that!!

Beatrice Coron..okay, so that is cut Tyvek, but the principle is the same! :p

Brian Dettmer..Book autopsies...really?? How freaking amazing are they??

Chris Natrop...how ethereal does that first room look?? I want to have it in my house, just to..you know...look at or something.

Kako Ueda
..how creepy-cool and intricate. Not sure I would actually want to have one on my wall, but ADORE the unique creativity!!

Ingrid Siliakus..I think that first one is a fairy castle...I swear the Twelve Dancing Princesses should come sneaking out a side door any moment.

I keep thinking I want to try papercuts, but wow...I have a lot to live up to!! :p

I love Kako Ueda, have the site bookmarked, but it's almost like the "dark side to papercutting" ;) Thank you for sharing these many I haven't seen before and I love paper cuts.

These are really amazing. My sis and I were really into papercutting for awhile--we did it with exacto knives and also very sharp little scissors, two very different tecniques...this is inspiring!

Hi, this is Kako Ueda here. Thank you for including my works on your blog. By the way, the image of an Asian woman with a red dress is not me. I just wanted to make sure that.
Thanks.

Wow, lovely. I just love papercuts too and really must try some for myself again. These are all amazing examples.
Love the tutorial earlier as well. I think I'll give that a go soon.
I'll call again and see what other goodies you have.

I find the whole papercutting thing fascinating too. It seems to me it takes way more patience than I could ever muster. And not to mention the actual aritstic talent it takes to do it, which I'm lacking. These were all new to me and they are ALL amazing!
